In 1998, Asım AYASGİL and Besim AYASGİL established Serena Yapı Malzemeleri Tekstil Döküm Gıda San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. In 2009, the company began operating in the 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, covering a total area of 15,000 square meters, including 10,000 square meters of enclosed space. In 2011, the company was among the leading firms in hot plate production.
Serena Döküm has a monthly casting capacity of 100 tons and has grown into an exporting company with the support of KOSGEB. With KOSGEB support, it aims to develop a new product through R&D and innovation and become a globally sought-after company. Among its goals is to incorporate kettle resistance heaters, which are not currently produced in Turkey, into its product line within one year.

Uğurel Foundry Workshop Establishment
The founder of our company, Ahmet AYASGİL, left his position as foreman at the Air Supply Apprentice School and established his own lathe workshop in Malatya in 1942. Realizing the need for a foundry, he subsequently established his own Uğurel Foundry Workshop.
In addition, it has produced drill presses, sawing machines, and shutter slides. It has served many countries in Turkey and around the world. By casting with a cupola furnace, it started with drill and saw machines, developed many products, produced its own designs, and brought local production to the sector. Later, it won large tenders, further developed the company with his sons, and produced machines and parts for many companies.
After Ahmet Ayasgil's death, his sons Asım Ayasgil and Besim Ayasgil took over the reins and raised the company to new heights. They expanded the product range with innovation and creativity, entering the heating sector. With each passing day, the company is advancing toward institutionalization through R&D efforts.
